I found this beer at Full Throttle Bottles, in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle. It was my first trip to Full Throttle Bottles and I was very pleased with their store and really enjoyed talking with the person who was working there.

It is available, along with several other flavors across the Middle East and in particular Gulf Cooperation Council countries. I tried this beverage on several occasions, while I was in Sudan in November 2007.
